Big Buck

So yeah, wasn't sure which category to put this under. Deer are typically wild, obviously, but these bucks were hand raised, so they're used to people and aren't "wild" in the normal sense.This was one of the bucks at the festival I was at this Saturday and he's only 3 1/2 years old! Very good genetics in this guy.

I didn't sell anything (unfortunately), but I got a lot of really nice compliments from people and maybe a couple of commissions (we'll see if I ever get contacted, though ).

Anywho, this probably made my day. I also saw a red-tailed hawk close up--like two feet away. So yes, I now have some ref photos I've always dreamed of taking for some art in the future! Note: this is NOT stock.
