This is my entry for the Good v. Evil contest. In all things, I believe there is both good and evil. Each rages inside fighting for control, but the battle never ends. One side may dominate over the other momentarily or take control for years.

I chose to portray this concept with two unicorn stallions, one symbolizing good and the other evil. They are in constant battles with one another attempting to claim the land as their own. The light on the "evil" stallion and the shadows on "good" stallion each stand for the little bit of good and evil in everything.

Photoshop CS2 and wacom. :)

EDIT: Wow! A DD? This is my first one ever. Thank you guys so much--it means a lot to me. Thank you especially `Astralseed for suggesting it and ^wdwparksgal for featuring it.

A Never Ending Battle by ~Misted-Dream

CATEGORY: Contests / 2009 / Bring Your Vision to Life:

The battle between good and evil, brought to you by ~Misted-Dream in full, warring color. As she says herself, "In all things, I believe there is both good and evil. Each rages inside fighting for control, but the battle never ends. One side may dominate over the other momentarily or take control for years...." Beautifully done, the unicorns play out their battle in a scene that flows from the light into the darkness. The water shows life as it flows into dry, barren land. With each view I see another detail of the battle between Good and Evil. ( Suggested by ^Astralseed and Featured by `WDWParksGal )

Thank you so much!
Just get yourself some nice references and practice away! You'll be amazed at your progress if you stick to it and then look back in a year--it's amazing how that works. :)

Lol, I was like that as well. Once you do find one you like it also helps to study proportions, anatomy, and overall appearance.
